Position Overview

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing our digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective digital strategies across various online channels. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented and possess a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.

Job Duties Include

  • Content Creation & Management

    Developing digital content such as blog posts, social media posts, videos, and graphics.

  • Social Media Management

    Creating and scheduling posts across various social media platforms, engaging with followers, and analyzing social media metrics.

  • Email Marketing

    Planning, designing, and executing email marketing campaigns, including crafting compelling email content and analyzing campaign performance using MailChimp.

  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

    Optimizing website content and structure to improve search engine rankings, conducting keyword research, and monitoring website traffic

  • Analytics and Reporting

    Monitoring and analyzing digital marketing metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, conversion rates, and more to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Digital Advertising

    Monitoring digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including display advertising, retargeting, and sponsored content.

  • Digital Graphics Management

    Organize, optimize, resize, and distribute digital graphic assets under the direction of the Graphics Manager and Director of Marketing.

  • Marketing Automation

    Utilizing marketing automation tools to streamline processes such as lead nurturing, email marketing automation, and customer segmentation.

  • Website Management

    Update WordPress based website content, ensuring site functionality and an optimized user experience.

  • Market Research

    Conducting market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behaviors, which informs digital marketing strategies and tactics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, email marketing software (Mailchimp), WordPress, Canva, Google Docs, Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and/or InDesign.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling digital content and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and priorities with the desire to learn and collaborate as part of a larger team.
